The Problem

Students wait 40+ minutes for buses without knowing their location, leading to missed classes and frustration.

The Solution

We installed GPS modules (ESP32) on university buses. These push coordinates to Firebase. A Flutter app consumes this stream to show live bus icons on a Google Map.

Impact & Outcome

Used by 2,000+ students daily. Reduced average wait anxiety. Featured in University Newsletter.
